What’s the campaign about?

Lead5050 needed copy for a microsite for their tool to compare gender pay gap data: the Equity Index.

The Equity Index analyses each piece of information employers include in their annual gender pay gap reports to give a score out of 100. The closer an employer is to 100, the closer they are to gender parity.

It’s an interactive tool, so this copy covers how to use it and why it matters, as well as highlighting the benefits for employers, employees, and researchers.
