As the market leader in European outdoor holidays for over 45 years, Eurocamp has been a constant in its customers’ lives. For many, their first holiday memories took place at a Eurocamp holiday parc, and now they’ve got families of their own, they want to recreate those moments.

The COVID-19 pandemic put that on hold for two years, so to launch 2022 holiday bookings, Eurocamp ran a campaign to build excitement to get back to all the things we’ve missed most about holidays. It’s about reconnecting with the nostalgic value of holidays past, as well as discovering new possibilities.

The campaign ran for three months, across web, email and social media. I used the interactive element of Instagram Stories to ask users what they missed most about holidays, and used the responses to inform the other communications.
